We are looking for a detail-oriented Information Security Leader, who leads and manages Bert Labs's overall approach to data security and information protection. Plans, analyses, designs, configures, tests, implements, and maintains Company's information security infrastructure responsive to business requirements and applicable regulations. Responsibilities :1. Lead, Develops and manages Company's overall approach to data security and information protection2. Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy3. Design's security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge4. Defines, implements, and maintains corporate security policies5. Leads on the identification of data security and information protection risks across the organisation and works with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation plans, escalating issues as appropriate6. Acts as a subject matter expert on data security for projects looking to implement new tools, products, or processes7. Leads and facilitates organisational training and communications around data security and information protection issues8. Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.9. Maintains data and monitor security access10. Manage cloud Security and security technology tools11. Implement, test and operate advanced software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture12. Perform on-going security testing and code review to improve software security of Bert Platform Solution13. Provide engineering designs for new software solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities14. Conducts periodic network scans to find any vulnerability15. Other duties commensurate with the post as required.Requirements and Skills :1. 10+ years of experience in information security/cyber security2. Proven work experience as an Information Security Leader3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with business leaders (CEO)4. Advance knowledge of programming language - C and C++5. Ability to lead and motivate cross functional, inter-disciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.6. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field7. Knowledge of Information Technology security issues and approaches to manage Information Technology security.8. Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation9. Advanced technical knowledge and understanding of: Window OS, Windows Server, O365, Azure, AD, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Networking, Firewalls, Routers, VMware, Enterprise AV, Cyber Security, Encryption, Cisco Meraki, DMARC, Endpoint Management10. Ability to create scripts in Python or other script to automate all security requirement. At least one recognized security certification:- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)- CompTIA Security+- Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (ref:hirist.tech)
