Job Title: Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) ConsultantExperience : 5+ yearsJob Description :As an Oracle PPM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Oracle PPM solutions to our clients. Leveraging your deep expertise in Oracle PPM modules and best practices, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the system to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. From project planning and resource management to financial tracking and reporting, your technical proficiency and functional knowledge will be critical in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle PPM solutions.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to project portfolio management, resource allocation, and financial tracking.- Design and configure Oracle PPM modules, including but not limited to Project Management, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, and Financial Management, to align with client-specific processes and requirements.- Lead workshops, design sessions, and user training sessions to educate clients on Oracle PPM functionalities and best practices.- Develop custom solutions, integrations, and extensions to enhance the functionality and usability of Oracle PPM applications.- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning to ensure the integrity and reliability of Oracle PPM solutions.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, including issue resolution, system enhancements, and user training.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, functional consultants, and technical developers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.- Stay current with Oracle PPM updates, patches, and new releases, and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle PPM solutions.- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle PPM modules, including Project Management, Resource Management, Portfolio Management, and Financial Management.- Proficiency in Oracle PPM configuration, customization, and extension development.- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and conducting user training sessions.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization.- Certifications in Oracle PPM or related technologies preferred.- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading practices.
