Roles and Responsibilities:1. Take ownership of the digital group insurance product strategy, with a focus on managing integrations and backend APIs, to meet the needs of our customers effectively.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, design, operations, and business development to define product requirements and prioritize features for integration and API management.3. Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital group insurance products, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems and efficient backend API handling.4. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, user feedback, and technical requirements to inform product roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement.5. Work closely with technology teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and oversee the implementation of integrations and backend APIs.6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to integration efficiency, API performance, and user satisfaction, and implement strategies to optimize product performance and scalability.7. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to integration and API management, and incorporate them into product development strategies.Prerequisites:1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on managing integrations and backend APIs, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.2. Strong technical background with a deep understanding of integration technologies, API management principles and backend systems architecture.3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, with a focus on integration and API management, from concept to implementation.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.6. Experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement.7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Location: Noida candidates will be given preference (ref:hirist.tech)
