Job Description :In this role you will facilitate the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) projects through the mobilization, definition, development, and deployment phases. Responsibilities will include project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning. You will work closely with our team of award-winning business and technical specialists and leaders. Expected Activities : - Serve as principal point-of-contact for the client and their team - Manage, maintain and operate the process mining platform (UiPath) - Apply various process mining algorithms to extract meaningful patterns and correlations from large datasets - Lead several concurrent projects that involve consultants, developers, and clients - Establish the Project Management Plan, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings with client stakeholders as aligned with the delivery operating model - Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate/document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities with client stakeholders - Facilitate resource planning activities including assignment, on-boarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications - Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables (i.e. PDD, SDD, ODI, and BPA releases) - Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to help avoid development, testing, or deployment roadblocks - Provide regular weekly status updates including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs to client and Program Manager - Identify, catalog, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge sharing sessions between internal teams Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor's Degree focused in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience. - Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and process modeling within process mining software. - Extensive hands-on experience using UiPath process mining software, with a proven track record of successful implementation projects. - Must have a minimum 2 years of project management experience - Have excellent planning, problem-solving, project management and leadership skill - Understand IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc) - Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e. Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere) - Understand the drivers of value, including the ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions Bonus Points : Any prior work with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, IBM Datacap, etc.) Desired characteristics in candidates : - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Passion to work and learn fast in a fast-paced, high-energy, and challenging environment with peers who challenge you to improve. - Thrive to learn and improve sales and marketing skills. - Has proven analytical and problem-solving skills. - Is highly self-driven with a sense of motivation. - Has been both a team player and an individual contributor (ref:hirist.tech)
