Job Description : Role : Junior DevOps EngineerA Junior DevOps Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience typically plays a crucial role in supporting the DevOps team and assisting with various tasks related to software development, deployment, and infrastructure management.Responsibilities :1. Assist in the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).2. Help manage and monitor servers, ensuring high availability and performance.3. Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) :Work with senior DevOps engineers to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Travis CI.4. Help automate code deployments and releases.5. Collaborate with the team to automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, Ruby).6. Assist in setting up monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to track system performance and application health.7. Help create alerts and notifications for critical system events.Requirements :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Knowledge of basic DevOps concepts and practices.3. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).4. Understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure as code (IAC) principles.5. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell, Python).6. Basic knowledge of containerization and orchestration.7. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.8. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.Preferred Skills :1. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.3. Exposure to configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.4. Basic understanding of network and security principles.5.
