About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Agile Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects using Scrum methodology. You will be responsible for fostering collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring efficient project execution, and driving successful project outcomes.Responsibilities :Project Leadership :- Lead and manage IAM projects from initiation to closure, adhering to Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.- Manage project risks and issues proactively.- Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.Scrum Expertise :- Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies, ensuring clear communication and active participation from all stakeholders.- Coach and guide the development team on Scrum practices and best practices.- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation within the project.Technical Understanding :- Possess a solid understanding of IAM concepts and terminology, even if not an IAM expert.- Effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.- Work closely with technical teams to understand project scope and complexities.Communication and Collaboration :- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.Additional Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain project documentation.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and methodologies in Agile project management.Qualifications :- 10-17 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects.- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.- Demonstrated experience in delivering IAM projects (preferred, but not mandatory).- Strong understanding of Scrum principles and methodologies.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).- Availability to work within EST/PST time zone.
