The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Product Manager will be responsible for wireframing, documentation, functional testing, and serving as the primary interface between the technology team as well as clients.Key Responsibilities :Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and features.Develop comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and specifications.Conduct functional testing to ensure product quality and usability.Serve as the primary interface between the product development team and clients, gathering feedback and communicating updates.Prioritize features and enhancements based on the feedback.Work closely with the technology team to ensure timely delivery of product releases.Identifying and filling product gaps during the deployment and development phases.Monitor product performance and gather insights to inform future iterations and improvements.Job Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management best practices.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.Location : EZ Lab Private Limited, Sector 62, Gurugram, HaryanaAbout Company :EZ is a Global Startup that provides Business Support Services to top Organizations around the world.
