Description:
Position: NodeJS Lead. Location: Brookfield, Bangalore. Mode: Hybrid working. Experience: 8-9 years. Budget: 2 lac/m. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days. Mandatory Skillsets: Skills required : NodeJS, Backend experience, Javascript, HTML/CSS, AWS, NOSQL, Distributed systems and Lead Experience.JD: Critical Skills to Possess: - Previous working experience as a Node.js Developer for 5+ years. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- In depth knowledge of Node.js. - Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, and AJAX. - Database skills - Postgres SQL, MySQL. - AWS Cloud Network. - Distributed system understanding.- Good development experience designing object-oriented using JavaScript and ES6. - Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude. - Experience working on serverless architecture to build and run applications and services.- Experience with software engineering best practices such as design patterns, code reviews, unit, and integration testing, etc.- Experience working with any cloud platform.- Should have lead a team of 5 resources.Good to Have:- Mongo and Cassandra. - Kafka / SQS.Preferred Qualifications:- BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing scalable backend services using Node.js - Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic - Writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews - Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability - Implementing security and data protection measures - Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack - Participating in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance - Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in backend development Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 8-9 years of professional experience in backend development - Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript - Experience with HTML/CSS for frontend integration - Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda - Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB - Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
