About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Software Engineer - AWS Cloud Solutions to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only contribute to the development of impactful software solutions using Java and AWS but also develop your leadership skills on a technical lead track.In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java, design patterns, and cloud technologies to design, develop, and implement complex software features. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, and contributing to the overall code quality and architecture.Responsibilities:Software Development:- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, maintainable, and scalable Java applications.- Utilize best practices in object-oriented design and coding standards.AWS Cloud Expertise:- Leverage your experience with AWS services to architect, deploy, and manage applications on the AWS cloud platform.Technical Leadership:- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and design principles.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high code quality standard.(As you progress on the technical lead track) Take on more responsibility for leading technical discussions, design decisions, and project planning.Communication and Collaboration:- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.Continuous Learning:- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Java, cloud technologies, and software development best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.preferred) or Computer Science.- 8-10 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java.- In-depth knowledge of Java syntax, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles.- Experience with building and deploying applications on the AWS cloud platform (e. g., EC2, S3, Lambda).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.- Desire to grow into a technical lead role (a plus).Benefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects.- Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment.- Opportunity to develop your leadership skills on a technical lead track.- Continuous learning and development opportunities.
