Job Description :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of both front-end and back-end solutions.- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements throughout the development lifecycle and conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high quality codebase.- Implement and enforce code documentation and version control processes.- Offer expertise and direction on technical challenges faced in day-to-day activities.- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization.- Low level design and solutioning- Project planning and timely delivery- Technical contribution on new pitches- Impact analysis- Code Quality sampling- Functional Quality accountability- Mentor and coach reportsTechnical Skills : Full StackQual : Bsc / BE (IT) (ref:hirist.tech)
