Description:

We are looking for Manual Tester for a reputed IT Company in Gurgaon location Hybrid mode.Role & responsibilities :- Review and analyze system specifications- Collaborate with software developers to identify areas for improvement and bug fixes- Create test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications- Execute testing procedures to ensure that all software and applications are free of defects- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects- Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not have unintended consequences- Develop and maintain test documentation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is integrated into software development processes- Provide training and support to junior testers and development teams.Preferred candidate profile :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- 2+ years of experience in software testing- Expertise in manual testing methodologies, including regression, integration, and system testing- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience with Agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
