You will collaborate closely with our product development and engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize user interfaces that enhance the play experience for children.Responsibilities :- Design and develop user interfaces for our conversational AI toys using the Flutter framework.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional UI components and features.- Implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements to create immersive and engaging user experiences.- Optimize UI performance for smooth animation and responsiveness across different devices and screen sizes.- Integrate with backend APIs and services to fetch data, manage state, and synchronize user interactions with our conversational AI platform.- Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of UI components and features to ensure quality and usability.- Stay current with Flutter best practices, guidelines, and updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of our development processes.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter, with a strong portfolio of Flutter-based projects.- Proficiency in Dart programming language and familiarity with Flutter SDK, widgets, and libraries.- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design patterns, and best practices for mobile app development.- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.- Passion for technology, innovation, and creating engaging experiences for childrenPerks and Benefits : - Monday to Friday working days (Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off)- Pick & Drop Cab facilities (for Females)- One time Meal- Recurring Work Incentives- Performance based bonus- Referral Bonus- Rewards & Recognition- Employee Recreational Activities- Fun Fridays- Team quarterly parties and Annual outings (ref:hirist.tech)
