Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Implement the Management's strategic Vision for Technology programs by cascading it down to process design, business requirements and technology implementation- Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. - Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective- Have a strong understanding of SDLC, SSDLC and ITSM methodologies and experience in querying data in SQL- Conduct UAT and Quality Testing initiatives to ensure all development work thoroughly aligns with business/technical requirements- Collaborate with Change Management teams to ensure Global Readiness of all Stakeholders and Users before the releases- Support User Training and Data migration initiativesWHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.- Proven experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology industry .Ideal experience would be 8-12 years- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).- Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a track record of delivering successful products to market.- Experience in banking/financial services/payments preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
