ResponsibilitiesSkills Required- .NET Core, ReactJs, SQL Server - Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing scalable and high-quality software solutions. - Architect and design end-to-end solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Web API, Microservices, SQL Server, and React.js (or Angular). - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents. - Develop robust backend APIs and microservices using .NET Core and Web API, ensuring security, scalability, and performance. - Design and implement frontend components using React.js (or Angular), adhering to best practices and standards. - Work on resolving complex technical issues, including integration with 3rd party tools/packages like OpenXML. - Perform performance tuning and optimization to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of the application. - Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Web API, Microservices, and SQL Server. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js (Angular experience is also acceptable). - Ability to come up with solution designs and architecture for complex software systems. - Hands-on experience with integration of 3rd party tools/packages, such as OpenXML. - Demonstrated ability in performance tuning and optimization of applications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a development team is a plus.
