Job Description :Roles & responsibilities :- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a technical equivalent- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience for the apps/components and System Admin- 8+ years IT experience for the software development, spanning the entire lifecycle from project initiation to deployment, support, and retirement.- Database skills to understand common databases and how to utilize this information to advance ServiceNow capabilities.- Data Integration experience and awareness of additional technologies to facilitate the integration needs with other platforms, cloud computing, etc.- Configuration Management skills to bridge the concepts and readiness between the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and ServiceNow capabilities.- Fluent in English for verbal and written communications, is essential.- Proven team player and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, where needs and priorities can change, with compressed deadlines.
