Roles & Responsibilities :- 4+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with Manual testing experience.- QA Expert in the Salesforce.com platform.- Experience with Manual testing.- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.- Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.- Experience with JIRA, Confluence- Experienced with API testing with Salesforce.- Strong testing experience in Salesforce CRM - standard/custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules and sharing rules.- Good knowledge of data loader to insert/update or import/export bulk data from salesforce objects.- Good exposure on salesforce configuration, System integration and data migration testing.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects and In-sprint automation.
