They have assembled a team of 5 Rockstar developers, product engineers, and designers from the top universities and companies (Microsoft, PayPal, and Comcast) across the globe.Job Description :Function : Data Science and Analysis /Data Analysis / Business Intelligence/ Blockchain Business AnalysisResponsibilities :- Distribution : Lead the integration of Kelp into various digital wallets, enhancing user accessibility and functionality.- Defi and Rewards : Strategize and implement methods to maximize rewards through DeFi integrations.- Defi and Rewards : Oversee the listing of rsETH on new Layer 2 (L2) solutions, optimizing for airdrop potentials.- Defi and Rewards : Foster multiple partnerships with AVS to expand the network and functionality.- Product Positioning : Develop compelling narratives and educational content explaining the benefits of retaking and liquid restocking.- Product Positioning : Conduct a comparative analysis of Kelp versus other restacking platforms to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.- Drive Awareness (Marketing) : Design and execute marketing activities involving Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), forums, social media platforms, YouTube, and physical events.- Drive Awareness (Marketing) : Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with AVS partners to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strategic relationships with key AVS entities.- Relationship Management : Scout for potential new AVS partnerships, focusing on rollups, sequencers, and bridges not yet partnered with Eigenlayer.- Relationship Management : Position Kelp as the preferred restacking partner within the AVS ecosystem.- Product Requirement Gathering : Continuously gather detailed product requirements and relay insights to the product and engineering teams.- Product Requirement Gathering : Benchmark and analyze competitive restacking platforms to guide product development and innovation.Requirements :- Around 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a good understanding of the DeFi Domain.- Proven experience in blockchain technology, DeFi, or related fields.- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, staking, and blockchain-based rewards systems.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Experience in relationship management and partnership development.
