Job Description :Responsibilities :1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user stories.2. Translate requirements and user stories into comprehensive test cases and scripts.3. Conduct manual testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of our Fintech applications.4. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium for regression and functional testing.5. Perform API testing to validate data integrity and functionality.6. Contribute to enhancing our CI/CD processes by implementing automated testing strategies.7. Generate detailed reports on test results, including defects and their resolutions.8. Create and maintain release documents, ensuring smooth deployment of software updates.9. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in QA testing and Fintech.Requirements :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in QA testing, preferably in the Fintech industry.3. Proficiency in manual and automation testing using Python and Selenium.4. Strong understanding of regression, functional, and API testing methodologies.5. Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.6. Experience in writing test cases and test scripts, particularly in Postman.7. Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).8. Understanding of defect lifecycle and experience in managing defects effectively.9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.12. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.Preferred Qualifications :1. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).2. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).3.
