Summary :We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Product Owner with extensive experience in the telecommunications domain, particularly NMS, EMS, and FCAPS, to join our team. You will be responsible for driving product vision, defining product strategy, and ensuring successful product development that aligns with customer needs and business objectives.Responsibilities :- Champion the customer perspective by ensuring the development team understands the product's goals and vision.- Leverage your deep domain knowledge of NMS/EMS/FCAPS to prioritize the product backlog and roadmap.- Manage the product backlog, groom backlog items, and prioritize features for development based on business value and customer needs.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure successful product delivery.- Own the product roadmap and strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business objectives.- Conduct market research, analyze user needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.- Define acceptance criteria and ensure user stories meet customer and business requirements.- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to validate product functionality.- Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate the success of product features and make data-driven decisions.- Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels.- Motivate and inspire the development team to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.Qualifications :- 7 to 14 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the telecommunications domain.- Deep understanding of NMS/EMS/FCAPS technologies and their applications.- Strong knowledge of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.- Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and groom a product backlog.- Experience in user research and user story development.- Experience in conducting and managing product testing activities.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
