Role Overview:We are seeking a talented Identity Management Engineer with experience in supporting Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and expertise in Okta/Auth0 platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering OAM and providing support for identity management solutions. Additionally, proficiency in code fixing/debugging for Okta and familiarity with Active Directory and Azure are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities :Administer Oracle Access Manager (OAM) to ensure the security and integrity of access control systems.Provide support and troubleshooting for identity management solutions, including Okta and Auth0.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.Perform code fixing and debugging for Okta to address issues and optimize performance.Configure and manage integrations between identity management systems and other enterprise systems, such as Active Directory and Azure.Develop and maintain documentation for identity management processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in identity management and security.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in supporting identity management systems, with a focus on Oracle Access Manager (OAM).Experience administering Okta/Auth0 platforms and performing code fixing/debugging for Okta.Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure integration with identity management systems.Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
