Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Insights Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in extracting valuable insights from data to support informed business decisions. Your expertise in data management, analytics, and a strong foundation in SQL (particularly with Snowflake) will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence for our organization.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Design and develop efficient data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.- Develop and maintain data warehouses to store and organize large datasets for analysis.- Perform data transformations and cleaning to ensure data accuracy and quality.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues to maintain data integrity and availability.- Write optimized SQL queries, particularly for Snowflake environment, to efficiently retrieve and manipulate data.- Utilize advanced proficiency in a programming language like Python or R to automate data analysis tasks and build data models.- Develop and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics tools and technologies.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.- 4-6 years of experience in a Business Insights Analyst role or a similar data-focused position.- In-depth knowledge of data management concepts like data warehousing, data governance, and data quality.- Proven experience in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines for data integration.- Strong SQL skills, with a preference for experience working with Snowflake.- Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python or R for data analysis and automation.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and patterns in data.- Effective communication and presentation skills to translate complex data insights for a non-technical audience.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
