The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. The AI/ML Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, enhance existing solutions, and contribute to the advancement of our organization's AI capabilities.Key Responsibilities :Algorithm Development :Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address challenges.Stay current on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering:Preprocess and clean large datasets for training machine learning models.Conduct feature engineering to extract relevant information from raw data.Model Training and Evaluation:Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using various frameworks.Implement and experiment with different model architectures and optimization techniquesIntegration:Integrate machine learning models into production systems and applications.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless deployment and functionality.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.Documentation:Document code, algorithms, and methodologies to ensure clarity and maintainability.Prepare technical documentation.This Role Requires :Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms.Proficiency in programming languages such as PythonExperience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and feature engineering.Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural network architectures.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
