Summary :We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Software Development Lead with a strong technical background in Java and J2EE to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, ensuring efficient software development through Agile methodologies, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and expertise.- Break down project requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring successful communication and alignment with stakeholders.- Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating effective planning, development, and delivery processes.- Foster a collaborative and communication-driven environment within the team.- Identify and manage risks and dependencies within the project.- Implement and maintain best practices for code quality and maintainability.- Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Possess a good working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (mention specific tools if preferred).Qualifications :- 7-12 years of experience as a Java developer with a proven track record of leading development teams.- Strong expertise in Java and J2EE architecture principles.- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their effective implementation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.- Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and well-defined user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.- Experience working in a CI/CD environment (mention specific tools if preferred).- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
