Job Description :As a HubSpot Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring the HubSpot platform to align with our marketing and sales objectives. Your role will involve ensuring data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot, managing and organizing content, identifying process gaps, and providing insights based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement. Collaboration with the sales and marketing team is essential to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales processes within HubSpot.Responsibilities :- Maintain and configure the HubSpot platform to align with marketing and sales objectives.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HubSpot, including lead and customer information.- Manage and organize content within HubSpot, including blog posts, landing pages, email templates, and forms.- Identify gaps in current HubSpot processes and propose resolutions.- Ensure maximum utilization of HubSpot features.- Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to assess marketing and sales performance, ensuring data accuracy.- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales processes within HubSpot.- Provide ongoing support to ensure users can effectively leverage HubSpot's features.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience with HubSpot platform administration and configuration.- Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.- Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools.- Ability to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- HubSpot certification (desired).
