Gocomet is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who possesses exceptionalcommunication, confidence, aptitude, and typing skills, along with basic knowledge inrecruitment processes. As an integral member of our HR team, the Talent Acquisition Internwill support various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates,conducting initial screenings, data entry, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Job Responsibilities- ● Initial Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess theirqualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.● Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication withcandidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates andfeedback.● Data Entry: Accurately enter candidate information and update recruitmentdatabases and systems to ensure data integrity.● Assist in Recruitment Process: Support the recruitment team incoordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and facilitating the overallrecruitment process.● Documentation: Assist in maintaining recruitment documentation, includingresumes, interview notes, and candidate profiles.● Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by deliveringexceptional service and support at every stage of the recruitment process.Key Qualifications:● Currently pursuing a degree in MBA in Human resources or similar fields.● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability toengage effectively with candidates and team members.● Confidence and professionalism when interacting with candidates andstakeholders.● Strong aptitude for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.● Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attentionto detail.● Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is preferred.● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multipletasks simultaneously.● Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
