JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SR. ENGINEER System Engineer L2 Title: Sr. Engineer, System Engineer L2 Open Positions: 1 Work Location: Reliance Corporate Park(Ghansoli) Work Timings: Rotational Shift Responsibilities: Taking frequent Tally Server backup of data,storage procedures and scheduled back up. Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting ofWindowsServerand software related issues. Providing L2 & L3 level of technical support definedSLAs. Maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure such asWindowServers, File servers, Antivirus / patch management,Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, Managing define policies and security rights over Active Directories (AD),VMware,Hyper-V, DomainController, DHCP, DNS, FTP,File Server, etc. services. Re mediate and resolve monitoring alerts by taking corrective actions forserver, storage and backup(Windows2008/2012)devices. Work with the development team and support team to troubleshoot deployment issue. Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting of Tally server and facilitate t troubleshooting of server or network related issues in coordination ofcore team / principal vendors at in-house as well as various remote locations. Providing technical support, including identifying problem incidents with their subsequent resolutions. Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings. Ensuring functionality of desktop systems throughout departments through frequent evaluations and routine maintenance. Making use of helpdesk systems to prioritize work-load and updating queries and calls. Installed and configured various applications Software’s Like, Win 10 pro, MS Office 2013, 2016, O365, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, InternetExplorer. Regular Back up of data on site. Windows server and Desktop patch update testing. Monitoring server utilization. Daily call report and IT hardware inventory maintain. Candidate Profile: Experience: 3 years minimum relevant experience in Windows Server. Qualification: Any Graduate/Post graduate/HSC+DiplomaNotice Period: Max upto 30 days Requirements: Good Windows Server & Active Directory knowledge Good Virtualization knowledge. Good FTP & File Server knowledge. Default ports and outlook configuration knowledge. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. Problem solving skills and multitasking ability.
