JOB DESCRIPTION FOR System Engineer (MAC OS & VIP Support) Title: System Engineer (MAC OS & VIP Support) Open Positions: 3 Work Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Work Timings: Rotational Shift(No Night Shift) Responsibilities: Understanding of Ticket process & SLAs-Incidents/service requests & FCR. He will be responsible for troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc. and facilitate in trouble shooting of server or network related issues in coordination of core team / principle vendors. Providing technical support, including identifying problem incidents with their subsequent resolutions. Assembling computers and Maintaining company peripheral desktop and network devices regularly, including printers and scanners. Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings. Should have good knowledge of Operating system of Windows, Mac, Apple devices & Android. Being able to update & maintainApple IMAC and Apple laptops as well. He should have hands-on experience & knowledge of troubleshooting of O365 and MS office 2016 2019. He should have hands-on experience and knowledge of Audio & Video Conferencing Ensuring functionality of desktop systems throughout departments through frequent evaluations and routine maintenance. Planning and executing routine repairs and system upgrades. Making use of helpdesk systems to prioritize work-load and updating queries and calls. Installed and configured various applications Software’s Like MS Office 2000/XP, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer. Installed and configured various applications Software’s Like, Win 10 pro, MS Office 2013, 2016,O365, MS Projects and MS outlook for mails access and, Internet Explorer. Candidate Profile: Experience: Min 1 year of experience in MAC OS & VIP support Qualification: BSc, BCA, BTech, MSc, MCA, MTech Requirements: Need to travel VIP site whenever required(Travelling Allowance will be provided) Good Desktop Support & Outlook Configuration knowledge. Default ports and outlook configuration knowledge. Should be self-motivated as well as a team player. Problem solving skills and multitasking ability. Good communications & presentation skills.
