About the role : We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Leader to lead our product and technology teams. The ideal candidate should have risen up the ranks from being a hands-on engineer to a leader, capable of envisaging business requirement end to end and translating it into scalable, future ready technical tools.Responsibilities : Technology Strategy and Vision : - Work closely with executives to shape and execute the technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives.- Drive the long-term vision for technology to support the company's growth. - Collaborate with the leadership team to define and manage the technology budget.Data Science and Analytics : - Lead data science initiatives to derive actionable insights from data.- Implement data-driven decision-making processes and contribute to business intelligence.Technology Infrastructure and Architecture : - Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure.- Ensure that technology architecture supports current and future business needs.User-Centric Design and Development : - Champion a user-centric approach in the design and development process, ensuring that technology solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.- Implement best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.Team Leadership : - Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Collaboration with Leadership : - Work closely with the executive leadership team to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.- Provide regular updates on technology-related matters and contribute to strategic decision-making.Qualification : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in a B2C startup or fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital product development.- Hands-on experience with software development, architecture design, and cloud technologies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
