About the job : IVR DeveloperExperience : 6+ yrs Job Responsibilities :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 1+ years of experience working with Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal (CVP).- 3+ years of experience in Call Studio IVR programming.- Proficiency in Java programming language.- Strong understanding of IVR technologies and concepts.- Experience with CVP release 11.X or 12.X preferred.- Knowledge of telephony protocols (e.g., SIP, H.323) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
