Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features. The position offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities :- Develop software applications using the .NET framework and related technologies- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Design and implement software solutions that are scalable, robust, and maintainable- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards- Perform code reviews to ensure quality and consistency across the codebase- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and integrate them into our projects when applicable- Participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint reviews- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growthRequired Skills :- 5-12 years of professional experience in software development- Proficiency in C# and .NET framework- Experience with ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core for web development- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Experience with version control systems such as Git- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech)
