Description:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. You will leverage your expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Service Cloud or Customer Portals to create scalable and efficient Salesforce applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Service Cloud or Customer Portals.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, architect solutions, and provide technical guidance.- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and integration tools.- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce implementations.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on the team.- Work closely with Salesforce administrators and stakeholders to support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Salesforce applications.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Service Cloud or Customer Portals.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are highly desirable.- Extensive experience with Salesforce customization and configuration, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.- Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, REST, SOAP, and/or middleware tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex requirements and propose innovative solutions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
