About the job :Job Title : Senior QA Engineer (ServiceNow) Selenium Automation- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing with a deep understanding of ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, ITOM, GRC, and other ServiceNow modules.- Strong proficiency in Selenium test automation using Java technologies, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.- Extensive knowledge of IT Service Management processes and frameworks.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within tight deadlines.- Certification in ServiceNow and Selenium automation would be a plus.
