Job Description Oversee the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of goods against purchase orders and shipping documents Take GRN & Update inventory records to reflect received goods, ensuring accurate data entry in the ERP System Direct and assist in the storage of goods in designated warehouse locations, following established procedures for product organization and accessibility Conduct inspections of incoming goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and report any issues to the appropriate suppliers Maintain accurate records of received goods, including invoices, packing slips, and other related documentation Collaborate with other team members, suppliers, and other departments to resolve any issues with incoming shipments Identify opportunities for improving inbound processes and contribute to the development of more efficient procedures Address any discrepancies in shipments, such as shortages, overages, or damaged goods, and take appropriate corrective actions Experience - 2 -4 yearsPowered by JazzHR
