If you enjoy working with high-caliber people on interesting projects in a thriving partnership organization, Westernacher is the place to be!To strengthen our team we are looking for- Role: SAP ERP/S4 Practice Lead Location: Remote Roles & Responsibilities – • The core responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth by capturing new customer accounts and growing them over multiple years• Must have managed a global revenue of US $ 25-50 Mn with focus on EU and US geography.• should be able to lead from front to spearhead the practice growth by coming up with business plan & execution approach, which can help us increase practice multi-fold. New innovations to differentiate us would be critical aspect of it• P&L responsibility to identify, qualify new opportunities, manage sales pipeline and close business opportunities to achieve assigned financial targets for gross revenue & margins.• Lead business generation presales & drive end-to-end solutioning to build winning proposals.• Help manage, grow and mentor SAP consulting team for their technical and personality development. Take initiatives for competency building and skill enhancements.• Plan & monitor the quality aspects of team’s deliverables along with Project Manager and ensure right change management & communication implemented.• Participate in the resource planning aligned with the overall business plan and ensure targeted team utilization is achieved.• Directly manage a team of internal Business Systems Leads / Analyst/ Developers.• Must have experience managing an ERP application.• Will be working with an ERP steering committee, project managers, and department heads across the company. Must be highly organized and have strong communication skills.• For all applications in the portfolio of the ODC, maintain effective working relationships with the Application Owners in the Global Competency Center and the Regional IS Teams.• Jointly coordinate activities to be performed across the onshore and offshore teams; and ensure all processes are efficiently managed across the delivery organization, including incident, request and problem management, change request management, change management and release management Experience Required – • 20 to 25 years professional experience with strong exposure to SAP delivery & sale for global customers.• Primary role is driving the practice sale, project delivery and competency building. Ideal candidate to have minimum 20-25 years of experience with 15+ years in SAP (last few years in global S4).• Experience in SAP project management & project delivery in software development.• Should have managed multiple teams across different businesses, for project delivery• Ensure reliable performance of ERP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related problems.• Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems and applications.• Should have good client management experience & interaction with international customers, to -o Define the overall scope with the project team members, client and Solution Architecture teams.o Develop program / project plans and estimates.o Oversee the project deliverables, schedules, service levels and productivity.• Design solutions & bring about improvements, to ensure successful delivery• Good experience in SAP project work (installations, migrations, upgrades etc.) Skillset Requirements – • Experience in leading IT consulting and sustenance engagements & delivering innovative solutions.• Ability to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and track record of exceeding performance expectations in generating revenue and client relationship management.• Highly effective oral and written communicator in English & any other foreign language, at all levels.• Team management experience to guide individual consultants & collaboration with global, local team.• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively both internally and externally.• Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills Education Background – • Four-year Engineering degree & MBA from premium institutes or its equivalent Powered by JazzHR
