We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant - Finance to join Microsoft Gold Certified Dynamics partner with headquarters in Dubai with global operations. This role will be based at the client's ODC office in Bangalore. You will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful ERP implementation. Key Responsibilities: Developing long-lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence Working directly with clients to understand their business processes and determining project deliverables Utilising specialist knowledge of Finance/ Project Accounting using Microsoft Dynamics product to support the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 Utilizing specialist knowledge of the services, retail, finance, manufacturing, or public sector industries Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures Taking ownership of the design of D365 solutions, which may include complex integrations or significant module changes or even designing a new module Writing complex functional specifications Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed Delivering end user training Prepare our Managed Services team for the transition to support Sharing knowledge with other project team members or other team members on functional consultants through white papers on relevant project experience or training events. Required Candidate profile. Typically, 5+ years experience working in a Functional consulting role An industry specialist, strong Domain understanding A logical approach to problem-solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems At least 4+ full life cycle D365 implementations Stakeholder and People management skills Excellent documentation and communication skills Educational/Technical Qualifications required Charted Accountant / M.Com / MBA Finance from Reputed University (for Finance Consultants) Microsoft Certified professional
