We have a global network of innovation and delivery centers to provide excellent service.JD : - 10-14years of proven work experience in software development , testing, software project management.- Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.- Strong experience into Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and object-oriented programming concepts.- 5+ years of experience as technical project management.- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and MS Project.- Excellent communication, leadership, and project planning skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) is a plus.- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Key Responsibilities : - Manage and oversee multiple software development projects from initiation to completion. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers. - Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure efficient project delivery. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project plans and monitor progress. - Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, and MS Project to track tasks, timelines, and milestones. - Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues and conflicts as they arise.- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and senior management.- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
