Description:

Role : Sr Consultant - SAP MDGJob Description :- Functional and technical experience supporting Master Data Governance including knowledge of standard functionality, user experience, approval workflow, single and mass processing, change request types, object types, system capabilities, and back-end system design.- Provide application support for Master Data Governance and closely work with Business users and MDG requestors to administer guidance and training. Serve as day-to-day support of MDG to the business user community.- Track production support incidents in ServiceNOW ticketing system, maintain timely updates and resolution within standard SLA guidelines and procedures.- Maintain the Master Data Governance application by identifying areas of improvement and managing plans to implement system enhancements.- Define technical strategy and best practices for operational support, maintenance, and enhancements.- 2 to 5 years of experience in MDG configuration or development- Support performance and process improvement activities.- Develop detailed system design documents to support system requirements; ensure maintenance of documentation and change control.- Closely collaborate with functional and technical resources.- Document business processes and best practices across the organization for users and administrators of Master Data Governance.- Responsible for testing and implementation of future releases including providing support for delta data loads, data cleansing, template creation, and investigation of errors.- Perform reconciliation activities between Master Data Governance and S/4 systems to ensure master data information is kept up to date and in sync.- Additional preferred knowledge and experience with CFIN, S4 and Group Reporting (This may be challenging as I know this skill set is rare. I am not looking for an expert but at least some knowledge on how master data integrates into Group Reporting. This is more of a plus if they have) (ref:hirist.tech)
