Required Experience : 3+ yearsLocation : Mumbai & PuneThe candidate who can join immediately to 15 days may only applyWork from officeJob brief :We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to lead and drive development in the BI domain using the Tableau eco-system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dashboard design, development, and delivery of BI services utilizing the Tableau eco-system.Must-Have skillsets : - 3-5 years of experience in DWBI development projects, with 2+ years of experience in BI and Visualization technologies (Tableau, QlikView)- 2+ years of experience covering Tableau implementation lifecycle, including hands-on development/programming, managing security, data modeling, data blending, etc.- Hands-on expertise in Tableau administration and maintenance- Strong working knowledge and development experience with Tableau Server and Desktop- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Data modeling- Familiarity with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.- Good communication and analytical skills.- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science.Good to have :- A master's degree would be an added advantage.- Exposure to alternate Visualization technologies like QlikView, Spotfire, Pentaho, etc.- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenKey Responsibilities :- Communicate and interact with Project Manager to understand requirements- Design, develop, and deploy dashboards using Tableau eco-system- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards- Stay updated with current technologies and contribute relevant ideas- Proactively identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the management team- Contribute to dashboard designing, R&D, and project delivery using Tableau (ref:hirist.tech)
