Role : Software Developer (Full stack)Responsibilities :- Build dynamic, visually attractive, end-to-end, and innovative software products including front-end and back-end- Able to design the user experience, user interaction, responsive design, and complete architecture- Able to work with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems- Provide insights on continuous improvement and add/remove functionality as per needs- Design strategy for continuous enhancement, performance optimization, stability, and scalability- Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, approaches, and architectures in the development world- Transform business needs into a finished product from conception to implementation- Ensure Fixing issues during test and production phases- Handle a team of developers and communicate well with them for product roadmap/performance enhancementKey qualifications and skills we're looking for include :- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in full-stack development.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks like jQuery, Angular or React).- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python Django Framework.- Familiarity with databases (SQL) and RESTful API design.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.- B.E, BSc Or MCA degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
