Role : Technical Content WriterLocation : NoidaExperience : 1-5 YearsJob Description :1. Working and experimenting with code samples to better understand the needs of API consumers.2. Incorporating visuals, such as infographics, diagrams, and screenshots, to enhance understanding and improve the visual appeal of documentation.3. Writing about coding and scripting languages/tools, such as C++, Python, Excel, DBMS, SQL, Java, etc.4. Writing articles and tutorials targeting technical audiences i.e. developers and programmers.5. Working closely with the SEO team to align keywords and best practices.6. Grasping complex technical concepts quickly and translating them into understandable content for diverse user audiences.7. Developing technical documentation, including tutorials, guides, release notes, API documentation, and online help, that meets the needs of various user audiences.8. Planning, developing, organizing, writing, and editing operational procedures and manuals.9. Creating and building out a Knowledge Base, including how-to guides, FAQs, and Help sections.Qualifications :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or similar field. A Master's degree is a plus.2. Proven experience in technical writing, particularly in the education sector.3. Excellent research skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content.4. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.5. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.6.
