The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6+ years of IT experience, with at least two years specializing in RPA software, particularly Automation Anywhere. Experience in control room activities, integration of RPA with external applications via APIs, and proficiency in technical documentation are highly valued.Job Description : Design and Development : Collaborate in the design, construction, and configuration of applications using automation tools, ensuring alignment with business process requirements.Technical Consultation : Work closely with operational and technical teams to communicate design decisions' implications and ensure comprehensive Technical Design Documents (TDD) are created.Opportunity Assessment : Evaluate potential automation opportunities from a technical standpoint, contributing insights and recommendations.Complex Automation : Create sophisticated automation solutions to fulfill intricate business process and application needs, employing best practices and standards.Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to verify that RPA solutions meet functional specifications and uphold quality benchmarks.Code Reviews and Standards : Participate in code reviews, fostering collaboration and adherence to coding standards and best practices.Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications, to ensure clarity and facilitate future maintenance.Performance Reporting : Generate regular reports on the performance of RPA initiatives, offering insights and suggesting enhancements for optimization.Additional Responsibilities : Undertake other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of automation initiatives.If you possess the requisite expertise and are enthusiastic about leveraging automation to drive efficiency and innovation in the healthcare sector, we encourage you to apply.
