We are looking for candidates from Product / Internet or eCommerce industry.Position : Engineering Manager (Java Backend)Role : Techno Managerial (Java Backend & People Management)Experience : 9+ yrsJob Type : Permanent & Work From OfficeQualification : B.Tech /B.E / MCAJob Location : MumbaiRole & Responsibilities :Build, lead, develop and coach teams of top technical talent.Build scalable and reliable technology solutions at a rapid pace.Collaborate with product team and build a commercially successful product.Be responsible to recruit & lead a team of highly skilled software engineers and provide strong hands on engineering leadership.In addition, architect and lead the engineering design and development for building in-house products.Drive agility in execution, create a strong team culture of responsiveness by leading by example and own decision making around prioritization for better predictability.Hiring Criteria :B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification with experience as a tech leader and people manager for at least 9+ years.Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality projects on timeExperience with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the IndustryExperience with managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects on timeDeep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setupExperience with new open source technologies and their adoption into product development etc.Kindly Note : The incumbents must be from Product / Internet industry only.
