Description:
As a Product Designer, you will help elevate our visual style and to improve the workflow of our product. You'll be using your design chops to build and define our product for diverse use cases at any level of complexity.Key Responsibilities :- Working with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, product researchers, content designers, fellow designers) to drive design vision and strategy that meets the needs of our users- Applying strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively and compellingly for internal stakeholders, partners and customers- Using facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, partners and customers- Building positive, collaborative relationships with product management, development, marketing, and the broader UX team, as well as continuously "raising the bar" as an effective designer of positive change- Running design thinking workshops and helping to guide, improve, and implement design and feedback processes- Drive user research and deliver research outcomes to the product teams and the managementEssential Skills :Product knowledge : - You'll eventually need to understand the technology and features of the product deeply.UX Research : - You are naturally curious about how customers perceive the problem you are trying to solve and whether the solution you designed works in the real worldDeliverables : - You will contribute to the design of a feature and work on the both low-level/high-level design of the feature and the micro UX (copy, user flows, high fidelity mockups)Usability : - You enjoy looking for the little details, identifying small and large usability issues and finding ways to solve them (ref:hirist.tech)
