Job Description :- For SRE coach we need someone with 10+ yrs of exp (female candidates requirement)- Have extensive experience as an agile coach with good knowledge of SRE- Super communication skill- Document the SRE manual and training material- Who can lead/coach the SRE team- Establish the processes, and work with multiple teams evangelising the importance of SRE, why one should adopt SRE etc.Principal Responsibilities :Responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to :- Lead and mentor the SRE team in the implementation of best practices and processes related to site reliability engineering.- Work with DevOps teams and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving the reliability and performance of our infrastructure and applications.- Define and implement metrics and monitoring systems to measure the reliability and performance of our systems, and identify areas for improvement.- Identify and implement automation and tooling to streamline the SRE process and increase efficiency.- Collaborate with the security team to ensure that our systems meet security and compliance requirements.- Own KPIs on site stability, performance and root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues - Enabling SRE training program, fostering learning and development activity at an enterprise level - Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to ensure that the SRE team has the knowledge and skills necessary to meet our reliability and performance objectives.- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response, providing guidance and support to the SRE team and other stakeholders.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to site reliability engineering, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate.Experience :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience as an SRE or in a related role with overall 10+ years of experience- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring and coaching team members.- In-depth knowledge of site reliability engineering principles, best practices, and technologies.- Experience with automation and tooling, such as Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.- Experience with metrics and monitoring systems, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.- Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting complex systems.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, is a plus.
