Job Description : - Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (HQ in Germany) to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.- Work closely with our central BI team in IT to ensure the availability and quality of relevant data and other colleagues from various Teams within the international organization.- Design, develop, and maintain data marts and data models to support business reporting and analytics.- Design and develop interactive and high-performance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP analytics cloud, and other BI tools such as Power BI.- Standardization and automation of processes in the Analytics & BI area.- Implementation of Self-Service BI and further innovative approaches.- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation.- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.- Communicate the results of your work to various stakeholders, management and top management.
