Responsibilities : - Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers- Conceptualize and implement creative ideas for Software Product and client portals/websites.- Design Intuitive and Engaging User interfaces for Web and mobile applications- Create Wireframes, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design Ideas.- Test and enhance website designs for optimal user experience.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.- Integrate client CMS programs and data feeds into websites.- Maintain websites' appearance by enforcing content standards.- Design visually compelling imagery aligned with clients' branding.- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.- Design sample pages, selecting colors and fonts.- Prepare design plans and present website structures. Qualification :- At least 3 years of experience working with Adobe XD is a must.- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects, Figma, Sketch.- Experience in designing engaging and responsive landing pages.- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is preferred.- Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) principles.- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.- Creative mindset and openness to new ideas.
