Role Summary :- As the Experiments Platform Engineer, your role is to maintain and advance the AB testing platform capabilities by providing quality data and maintaining implementation infrastructure, specifically for Adobe Target.- This critical role enables Analytics, Customer Experience and Optimization experts are to provide insights, dashboard, and experiments for data driven decision making across all of the digital experiences. - You will be responsible for the integration and maintenance of AB testing tools, data quality testing, as well as the tracking modules and code bases for implementation.- Design, implement and maintain AB testing technologies - Collaboration with technical forums across the business to build trust & confidence in the technologies and be the key point of contact for engineering teams- Become a subject matter expert in Adobe Target and its integration with other tools and technologies- Day-to-day development in (X)HTML/CSS/JavaScript through effective collaboration with external vendors & internal teams- Support product, design, VOC and the Experiment team in A|B test experimentation set up- Review and understand website architecture across the portfolio- Provide best practices to development teams- Architecture, processes & best practice documentationRequired Qualifications (Minimum Requirements) :- 2-4+ years' experience in the implementation of Adobe Target and/or Adobe Analytics- Solid understanding of HTML/JavaScript and Tag Management tools (Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager)- Knowledge of common digital optimization best practices and product developmentPreferred Qualifications (nice to haves) :AWS and Salesforce integration knowledge is added advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
