Experience : 5 yrs to 10 yrsLocation : Remote- PAN IndiaJob Description : Project Manager Scrum MasterKey Responsibilities : Project Leadership and Delivery : - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective implementation.- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.- Ensures that Client procedures are followed (e.g., D&T, Finance, procurement procedure)Agile and Scrum Practices : - Function as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.- Embed agile methodologies within the project management process, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to ERP implementation.- Drive continuous improvement and foster an agile mindset across project teams.Stakeholder Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.- Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project objectives.- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the project delivery.Technical Expertise : - Utilize experience in digital and technology domains to steer the project's technical direction and decision-making.- Offer solutions to enhance project performance in line with technological advancements and digital trends.- Collaborate closely with Tech teams to ensure technical solutions meet project requirements.Risk Management : - Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.- Establish robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field- A master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred- Minimum of 5-10 years of agile project management experience, with a preference for experience in the CPG industry.- Extensive experience with agile and scrum methodologies, with a strong emphasis on managing teams as a Scrum Master.- Strong understanding of digital project lifecycles and technology development processes.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex projects across geographically dispersed locations.- Candidates should be prepared and capable of traveling within the Middle East as project requirements dictate.- When not required to travel, the candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely.- Certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable.Desirable Attributes : - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and organizational talents.- Resilience in high-pressure environments and adeptness at balancing multiple concurrent projects.- A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork.- A relentless pursuit of innovation and a commitment to continuous professional development.
