Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into functional and robust backend services that cater to the needs of our customers.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier engineering institute- 2-4 years of professional experience with a reputed startup known for its Engineering prowess (or on a 0-1 product in a big Tech company)- Strong proficiency in GoLang- Experience with database systems- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation- Knowledge of AWS- Understanding of security best practices in backend development- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Can start immediately at our office in GurgaonKey Responsibilities :- Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements- Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure server-side applications- Implement data storage solutions, including databases, caching, and optimization techniques- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues reported by internal teams or users (ref:hirist.tech)
