Job Description :- As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet our clients' business requirements.- You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver innovative solutions using SAP best practices.- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO implementation, customization, and support.Key Responsibilities :Requirement Gathering and Analysis :- Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to gather business requirements related to financial accounting and controlling processes.- Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current business processes, pain points, and objectives.- Analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO implementation.SAP FICO Configuration and Customization :- Configure SAP FI and CO modules to meet business requirements, including chart of accounts, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.- Customize SAP FICO functionalities using configuration tools, user exits, and enhancement points as needed.- Implement integration scenarios between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.Solution Design and Implementation :- Design end-to-end solutions for SAP FICO implementation projects, considering business requirements, system capabilities, and best practices.- Lead or participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables according to project methodology and standards.- Conduct configuration, testing, and data migration activities to ensure successful deployment of SAP FICO solutions.User Training and Support :- Provide training and support to end users on SAP FICO functionalities, processes, and best practices.- Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions to enable users to effectively utilize SAP FICO system.- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of SAP FICO system.Continuous Improvement and Innovation :- Stay abreast of SAP FICO updates, new functionalities, and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities and business processes.- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation using SAP FICO modules.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and improve overall business performance.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree- 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, customization, and support, with a focus on end-to-end project delivery.- Strong proficiency in SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration, integration, and reporting functionalities.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Central Finance, and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP FICO solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
